For Bhubaneswar Airport's Terminal 2, the intent was to transform the exterior facade into a cultural statement—one that reflects Odisha's rich heritage while aligning with a contemporary architectural language.
Drawing inspiration from the iconic Konark Wheel, the design translates intricate traditional motifs into a refined, large-scale visual system.
The process moved from detailed hand-drawn studies to precise digital execution, ensuring every element retained its authenticity while adapting seamlessly to glass surfaces. Applied through a clean vinyl treatment, the artwork interacts with light and transparency, adding depth without obstructing the structure.
